Delivery & shipping

We ship wholesale lots across Romania and Europe. We pick the shipping method based on the size of the order, from a single parcel to a full truckload.

Courier shipping

For orders that fit into a few parcels we work with Sameday, Cargus and DPD. We choose the courier based on the destination and the deadline you need.

• Romania: 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.
• Europe: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Palletised freight & full truckloads

At high volumes courier shipping ends up costing more than the goods. For palletised orders or full truckloads we work with Raben, Pall-Ex and DB Group.

The difference matters: a lot of a few hundred kilos shipped on a pallet usually comes to a far lower cost per kilo than the same lot split into courier parcels. If you're close to a pallet's threshold, we'll tell you.

Pickup from the warehouse

You can collect the goods yourself from our warehouse in Deva, str. Depozitelor 16, by appointment. Free of charge, during working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00.

Minimum order

We ship orders that reach the lot's minimum. This varies from lot to lot and starts from 50 pieces, with the exact figure shown on each lot's page.

Costs

Shipping cost is calculated based on volume, weight and destination, and you get it in the quote on WhatsApp, before you confirm the order.
