These terms govern the use of the StockHouse platform, operated by STOCK HOUSE S.R.L., VAT no. RO49933347, registered with the Trade Register under no. J20/570/2024, with its registered office at Str. Depozitelor nr. 6, camera 8, Deva, jud. Hunedoara. The warehouse and place of business are at Str. Depozitelor 16, Deva, jud. Hunedoara. By using the site and creating an account you accept these terms.

1. Nature of the service

StockHouse is a B2B platform that showcases outlet stock of clothing, footwear and accessories, meant for businesses only. The site does not process orders or payments online: we display the catalogue and prices (visible to verified businesses), and orders are finalised over WhatsApp / phone, on the basis of a proforma invoice.

2. Business account

Access to prices requires a business account. At registration we automatically verify your VAT number to confirm the company is real and active. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Orders & prices

• The minimum order varies from lot to lot and starts from 50 pieces. The applicable threshold is the one shown on each lot's page at the time of ordering.
• Conformity of the goods. The items sold are new, unworn products with the original tag. As this is stock from seasonal collections, lots may contain a small share, up to 5%, of items with micro-defects or a missing tag. This share is included in the lot price and does not count as non-conformity. Any complaints about exceeding this threshold must be sent within 12 hours of receiving the goods, together with photo documentation. A report sent in time stays valid until it is resolved.
• Sales are made wholesale only, to companies and sole traders, on the basis of a verified VAT number. We do not sell items individually and do not deliver to private individuals.
• VAT is added to all listed prices at the time of invoicing.
• Prices and stock availability may change without prior notice.
• The products are first quality, original, with the original tags.

4. Delivery, returns, liability

Delivery and return conditions are detailed on the Delivery and Returns & warranty pages. StockHouse's liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered.

5. Quote requests and how we record them

The «Request a quote» button opens a WhatsApp conversation with our team. A request is not a firm order and does not oblige us to reserve the lot: stock is allocated when the order is confirmed and the proforma invoice is issued.

To know what stock to bring in, we keep an internal record of the lots that quotes are requested for, including the lot, date and time. If you are logged in, the record also includes the company name. The details and legal basis are in the Privacy policy.

6. Disputes

Any disputes are settled amicably. Failing an agreement, they fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at the seller's registered office, and Romanian law applies to the relations between the parties.

Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms through the consumer protection authority (ANPC) concern relations between traders and consumers. As sales are wholesale only, between professionals, these do not apply to the present contractual relations.
